The eponymous giant cat with loads of personality, combined with the brewer’s love of fantasy books, inspired the Iron Paw label for a Chicago nano-brewery serious about its new Imperial Pale Ale.
“Haole” is the Hawaiian term for non-natives especially tourists. The Pale Ale design was inspired by a bicycling team that sunburned Team Skin onto their backs during a week-long ride across Iowa.
